We customize our programs, so when you are working with us, it’s all about YOU.

Option 1: Macro nutritional counseling plan
  • 1 hour initial personal macro nutrient counseling session catered to your individual goals.
  • Ongoing adjustments will be made on an as needed basis throughout the membership period.
  • Advice and support available throughout plan.

$100 non-member, $90 member maintenance fee/month

Option 2: Comprehensive meal planning and nutritional counseling
  • 1 hour counseling session catered to your individual goals.
  • A full meal guide with options, supplement suggestions and a fitness plan to meet your goals. We will break down each meal giving you a few options to keep you on track for your daily caloric intake. Combined with your fitness routine we’ll work with you to reduce body fat and drop pounds.
  • Weekly 15 minute check in appointment (weight, body fat and measurements).

$215 non-member, $200 member maintenance fee/month

Option 3: Meal planning with privates package
  • 1 hour counseling session catered to your individual goals.
  • A full meal guide with options, supplement suggestions and a fitness plan to meet your goals. We will break down each meal, giving you a few options to keep you on track for your daily caloric intake.
  • You also receive two 60 minute private training sessions a month to aid in the reduction of body fat and pounds!
  • Weekly 15 minute check in appointment (weight, body fat, measurements).

$375 maintenance fee/month

2 weeks for $25
