Lucy Somers

Lucy brings her students a passion for fitness and wellness – which comes through in her upbeat and inspiring teaching style.  Her training and experience have created a unique Lucy style which give an attention to alignment, while also giving students the freedom to explore movement creatively.

Her passion for all things fitness have put Lucy at the forefront of fitness trends, and she now holds more than 15 fitness certifications, and has appeared in the well known Bender Ball videos. Lucy studied Pilates with Balanced Body University, and Pilates Coach – both education leaders within the Pilates and Fitness realm.  She did her yoga training through East Wind Yoga.

Lucy enjoys spending time with her five kids, attending sporting events, traveling, cycling and spending time with family and friends.
