My name is Lindsay Wong and I have been practicing yoga for the better part of the last decade and I went through the certification process to become an instructor last October through Core Power Yoga.
I sought out the training initially as a way to deepen my practice and learn more through the 200-hour teacher training program, but I wasn’t sure if I would actually start teaching. Through the process, I discovered that I have so much to share with others and I have loved building a strong yoga community in our area this past year in partnership with other local gyms and studios.
I am excited for the opportunity to learn and grow along with the Ulu Love Fitness community now as well. I strive to always be a positive light and I want nothing more than to share my yoga journey with each of you and help us all continue to build strong bodies and strong minds together.
