Our equipment class focuses on alignment and strengthening, while challenging students in mind and body. With equipment options including reformer, tower, chairs, spine corrector, MOTR, and mat work this class is guaranteed to give you a different experience each time you take it. This class is great for the newer Pilates student or the experienced student looking to reconnect with their Pilates practice.
This is the perfect class for those still learning Pilates principles and the benefits of the Pilates practice yet are striving for improved strength and endurance. At this level, the tempo is moderate and breaks are given if necessary however, efficiency and flow will be focused on as much as possible. Intermediate exercises are introduced but modifications and variations will be provided when needed.
Looking to take your fitness to the next level? Then this is the class for you! In this class students are challenged with a combination of strength and endurance exercises. Movements are performed with little to no formal breaks or rests although students are always encouraged to listen to their bodies. This class will include specific exercises that target athletic performance, balance, strength and control. This is an advanced class, prior approval by studio staff is highly recommended.
